I am co-author of a guidebook for exploring the best wild swimming locations in my home county of Cornwall. Published in June 2021, A Guide to Wild Swimming in Cornwall has been a labour of love, born out of a passion for cold water swimming, a deep connection to the ocean and a desire to promote positive mental health.
